Pregnancy can be a stressful time for you, your body is undergoing on a complete transition and experiencing lots of changes. So it's natural to feel stressed, anxious or frustrated from time to time, but if pregnancy stress is producing symptoms like insomnia, headaches, loss of appetite, or food binges, you'll need to discover ways to relax and unwind. Keep in mind that pregnancy stress affects both you and your baby.
o Before you start your day, examine your daily routine to discover where you may make improvements. If you’re working, is it possible for you to work less? Or if there are specific concerns that fuels stress, are there possible way for you to handle it without suffering?
o Don’t keep your emotions bottled, talk to someone about your feelings during your pregnancy. Remember that your body hormones are inclining and it’s normal to have extreme emotions at this times. Simple talks with someone can be beneficial.
o Diving in to exercise can relieve tensions, if you cannot start it now try taking walks few times a week. You can also try yoga and meditations.
o Listen to yourself. What are your natural stress-relievers? Clearer mind can help you to handle your emotions better.
